The FAN7530 is a PWM controller IC (Pulse Width Modulation) designed for power factor correction (PFC) in off-line power supply applications. It is manufactured by ON Semiconductor (now part of onsemi) and is commonly used in boost converter topologies for improving the efficiency and power factor of AC-DC converters.
